HUGH PEACHEY
(Cover shot, products since the beginning, cocktails and Open Up and Say Ah). Since knocking off is photography degree last year, Hugh's charged headfirst into a range of photography from corporate papers to advertising stuff. But it's the time shooting various food and wine products, cocktails and especially the cover shot, that Hugh enjoys most. Above and beyond any of that, Hugh loved being able to take the piss during his shooting of the tasting story, Open Up and say Ah. |

KATE MCINTYRE
(Collector's Corner) Kate picked her first grapes at the age of nine, then spent the next 10 years helping her family transform their new block of land on the Mornington Peninsula into Moorooduc Estate. Kate's won just about everything and is now in hot pursuit of her Master of Wine. |

CLIVE SMITH
(Citron My Face, Atomic, and music reviews) is a one-man urban media unit. He covers the big town in an endless search for truth, justice and a good cigar. With a finely tuned ear for all that is modern, he claims he was born too late, preferring to tap out copy on a battered 50's vintage Remington. |

GUY LAVOIPIERRE
(Food and Wine photos) Guy's been taking pics, like proper pics, since he was 16, reeling off all sorts of fancy pants photographers as his inspiration. Until recently, Guys always thought his passion was fashion photography, which he assisted in for years. But, between courses and this issue's shoots, Guy had an epiphany, and reckons that food and wine photography is now the way forward. |

CAM NOAKES
(Food Noir, You Can Get It Eating Smoked Salmon) Cameron "Knuckles'" Noakes fancies himself as a philosopher. The only problem with this is he has just one philosophy; "There're no truths,'" says Knuckles, "except for that." Knuckles says he is the owner of Deco Wine Bar and that he was the greatest footballer never to play league football. Rumour has it he does own a bar and prior this he was a journalist, but his claim of kicking a season tally of 161 goals in the amateurs is a little dubious. |
