On The Q-T
by Staff
Magazine Issue: U.S. Vol. 5.5

Grills are like cars - the trend is to hummerize 'em.

Just in time for summer, however, Weber has debuted the Q — the Mini-Cooper of the outdoor cooking world. It’s portable and stylish but packs heat: 12,000 BTUs, to be exact. The porcelain-enamel cast-iron cooking grates have a nice, even heat distribution, making them perfect for winsome veggies and fish as well as more manly meats. Push-button ignition makes it post-six-pack operational. As the poet Snoop Dogg might say, this is the grizzle fah shizzle, mah nizzle.

  • Tubular stainless steel burner
  • 12,000 BTU-per-hour input
  • Push-button ignition system
  • Porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grate with integrated burner guards
  • Infinite-control burner valve with high-quality regulator
  • Cooking area = 280 sq. in.
  • Two work tables with built-in tool holders (tools sold separately)
  • Durable cast-aluminum lid and body with built-in drip ducts
  • Glass-reinforced nylon frame
  • Large heat-resistant lid handle
  • Uses disposable 14.1 ounce propane cylinder (fuel tank sold separately) or 20-lb LP tank (tank adaptor sold separately)
  • Virtually factory assembled
  • Weber® QTM Cards
  • Limited 5 year warranty
  • Made in U.S.A.
