Cucumber-Mint Yogart

Cucumber-Mint Yogart

3 cups plain yogurt
1 medium cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, or 2 t dried
1/4 cup green onions (green part only), sliced
1/2 t salt, or to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor; blend briefly so small cucumber pieces remain.
